Clean Fuel Now was created to promote the development and production of CO2-neutral synthetic fuels from renewable energy sources. The aim is to use these as replacements for fossil fuel based CO2.
 
Synthetic fuels are not only indispensable for the decarbonisation of the transport sector, but can also make a decisive contribution to the expansion of renewable energies.

The Clean Fuel Now Association wants to promote the use of CO2 Neutral synthetic fuels through public information work. The introduction of these synthetic fuels into the fuel distribution system reduces the CO2 content and thus should impact the CO2 sanctions within the framework of the fleet emission regulation.

Our goals

• To work through public information, positive political impulses, to take account of synthetic C02 neutral fuels in the CO2-fleet emission regulation.

• Convert synthetic fuels into renewable electricity

• To maintain the exchange of experience and information among the members on this topic and to build up a professional network.

• Establish and operate an information platform for synthetic fuels and power-to-gas or power-to-liquid.
